“I can’t bear it.” I say.
“But I can.” He replies.
“It hurts.” I argue.
“I will heal you.” He supplies.
“I’m falling.” I insist.
“I’ll catch you.” I know he will.
“I can’t do this.” Yet He believes in me.
“But I can.”
My excuses amount to nothing.
We all know the saying, "with God, nothing is impossible." Within that verse, we imagine that mountains can be moved, sickness can be healed, and huge addictions can be recovered from. But sometimes I forget that though he is a strong God, he is not so strong that he cannot handle my small pain, daily emotional strife, or minuscule issues. Anytime that I cannot be all that I need to be, he is there. Always.
